Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on General Motors vehicles.
  • Utilize OEM tools, technology, and service information to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to junior technicians.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism.
