Job description

The General Office Assistant supports a small team in a fast-paced environment, primarily handling phone interactions and performing key administrative tasks. This entry-level role demands strong organizational skills and attention to detail to efficiently manage customer contact and routine office operations using standard and specialized office software.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain document organization
  • Manage standard office duties using computers, fax machines, and copiers
  • Provide direct customer support primarily via phone
  • Maintain overall office organization to support team efficiency

Preferred Qualifications
