Production Operator (General Labour) Villa Licious Foods Inc  - Stoney Creek, ON Job Type: Part-time or Full-time Salary - $15.25 to $17 an hour based on experience Villa Licious Foods Inc., a food manufacturing facility, located in Stoney Creek, is currently seeking organized and self-motivated people to join our team in Stoney Creek as Production Operators.  There are two part-time entry-level positions available, 20-30 hours a week, and may include overtime hours, afternoon, and night shifts, but not often.    Employment requirements:  - Employees must be eligible to work in Canada and meet the minimal legal and regulatory requirements of employment. - Sitting or Standing while performing repetitive work for extended periods of time. - Must be able to follow specific instructions and procedures with attention to detail. - Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Experience in HACCP food safety standards is an asset. - Experience in preparing recipes in a processing facility is an asset. - Employees may be required to lift and move heavy items, such as boxes up to 15 kg. - Experience using the Epicor ERP system would be helpful.   Responsibilities: Operators will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring operation runs smoothly and machines are running efficiently. -     Perform equipment set up, changeover, and troubleshooting. -     Load and unload machines on a continuous production schedule. -     Perform quality tests and checks. -     Complete reporting for HACCP compliance -     Pack finished products. -     Assist with shipping and receiving products. -     Maintain and clean out production areas. -     Clean up equipment between production runs. -     Ensure sanitation procedures are followed and performed efficiently. -     Operate equipment safely to prevent accidents or injuries.  Language: * English (Required)
