Minutemen Staffing is now hiring Entry Level General Laborers or a local Steel Fabrication company


Shift - Monday-Friday 6am to 2:30pm (occasional overtime)

Pay - $18 an hr. (Pay is weekly)

Temp to Hire position


Job Duties:

  • Painting completed steel structures
  • Assembling completed steel structures
  • Utilize hand and power tools for assembly


Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to work with team
  • Great attendance
  • Able to stand, lift and bend as needed
