Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED or 1-3 Months Relevant Experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with assembly line processes is a plus.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
  • Ability to read and adhere to all safety regulations
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally lift 50lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work environments.

Responsibilities
  • Trim finished pipe to specification, monitoring for quality and length control.
  • Set up trimmer as needed for various pipe sizes.
  • Monitor coating of pipe and contact supervisor with any problems.
  • Help mill operator and assistant mill operator on changeover.
  • Basic housekeeping in general work area.
  • Shares best practices across shifts
  • Work with and perform all other duties assigned by supervisor, and/or Plant Manager.
