Join Southern California's fastest-growing paving contractor and kickstart your career as a General Laborer with Empire! Based in Orange, CA, we have a reach across the entire SoCal area, and we're looking for talent like YOU to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Do

  • Job site preparation.
  • In charge of appropriate traffic control at job sites (signs, barricades, caution tape).
  • Use blowers, brooms, shovels, and a variety of other hand tools to ensure a clean surface before recoating.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and organized job site

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 1-year experience is preferred but not required.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 90 lbs, climbing on vehicles, and working in various weather conditions.
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Dynamic Schedules: Must be able to work overtime/weekends as required.
  • Safety & Learning: Must be able to meet all safety requirements and have an eagerness to learn.
  • Listen to Direction: Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Attention to Quality: Ability to produce quality work.
