Job Title: Chemist

Location: North Haven, CT

Job Summary

We are looking for a Chemist with 2+ years of laboratory experience to support analytical testing in a Moisture Testing Laboratory. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Karl Fischer Moisture Analysis, UV-Visible Spectroscopy, Gas Chromatography (GC), sample preparation, analytical testing, troubleshooting laboratory instruments, and data analysis. Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated laboratory environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform sample preparation, analytical testing, and data analysis.
  • Conduct moisture testing using Karl Fischer titration.
  • Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments, including UV-Vis Spectroscopy and Gas Chromatography (GC).
  • Record, analyze, and report test results accurately.
  • Follow laboratory SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Support method development and verification testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
