Job description

What You'll DO

• Tasks may be routine and repetitive within food production and warehouse departments
• Ensure 100% accurate counting and packing throughout the entire workday; multi-tasking is required
• Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure orders are filled correctly and completely
• Read and correctly interpret production labels in English
• Employees are responsible for accurate packing and must initial labels for packing/counting responsibilities
• Follow simple recipes and instructions including prep, cut, chop, slice, assemble, stock, pack, count, sort, and stage products and raw materials
• Work across multiple departments including assembly, prep, ovens, beverage, fulfillment, and pack-out based on business needs
• Maintain production pace to meet team flow and KPI requirements
• Perform tasks such as racking products, boxing materials, assembling meals, and breaking down containers
• Participate in changeovers, packing, sorting, staging, line work, and basic sanitation duties
• Perform repetitive line work including scooping, portioning, quality checks, and food handling
• Maintain food safety standards in compliance with State, Federal, and company policies
• Support waste management programs including garbage, recycling, and Green Waste separation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation following GMP standards
• Follow safety-first practices including proper equipment use, storage, and safe working conditions
• Work in a chilled environment (50°F or below)
• Support team-based production goals and maintain consistent workflow
• Perform basic math (addition and subtraction) for counting and quality checks
• Good attendance and punctuality are required and monitored under company policy
• Perform other duties as needed

Working Conditions

• Work performed in a factory environment with chilled, wet, and damp conditions (PPE provided)

• Routinely required to lift and carry 40–50 lbs
• Repetitive motion required including scooping, portioning, and food handling
• Must maintain consistent production pace according to company standards
• Work is physically demanding and requires continuous movement throughout the shift

Base Pay

  • $16.04 USD hourly
