Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and/or GED preferred
  • Experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Storm restoration, roofing, or retail home improvement sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong person-to-person communication and lead generation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a competitive, results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR; frequent field travel required
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to handle objections and conflict professionally and courteously
