Both roles are entry-level positions in game design, often requiring similar educational backgrounds and skills. The main difference lies in the work environment, with 'Entry Level Game Designer Remote' emphasizing remote work, while 'Junior Game Designer' may be in-office or hybrid. Employers value similar credentials, making these titles closely related for job seekers entering the industry.

How can I make 2000 a week working from home?

As an entry level remote game designer, earning $2000 a week typically requires multiple projects or high-paying freelance contracts, which may involve building a strong portfolio, networking, and developing skills in game development tools like Unity or Unreal Engine. Most entry-level roles pay less initially, so increasing income may involve gaining experience, expanding your skill set, and taking on additional freelance work or side projects.

Is 30 too old to start game development?

Starting a career as an entry-level game designer at age 30 is common, as many professionals transition into game development later in life. Success depends on skills, portfolio, and dedication, not age, and learning tools like Unity or Unreal Engine can help new designers enter the field regardless of age.

Can you work as a game designer remotely?

Yes, entry level game designers can often work remotely, especially for companies that support remote work arrangements. Remote positions typically require strong communication skills, familiarity with game design tools, and the ability to collaborate virtually with teams. Many companies offer flexible schedules and use online platforms for project management and communication.

Will AI replace game designers?

AI is unlikely to fully replace entry-level game designers, as their role involves creativity, storytelling, and understanding player experience, which are difficult for AI to replicate. Instead, AI tools can assist designers by automating repetitive tasks and enhancing development workflows. Success in this field often requires skills in design principles, programming, and familiarity with game development software.

Job description

Entry-Level Remote Benefits Specialist
Fully Remote - U.S. (Georgia priority + select approved states)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Build a Career - Not Just Another Job
The Weatherspoon Agency (TWA), has served working families for over 70 years through a unique, union-based model.
We partner with 40,000+ unions, associations, and organizations, representing millions of members who request benefits directly - meaning you are not chasing leads, you are responding to demand. This is a remote, performance-based opportunity designed for individuals entering the industry or experienced agents looking for a more efficient, supported system.
Who This Opportunity Is Designed For (any one of these items)
We work with candidates across multiple entry points into the business, including individuals who:
  • Are fully licensed and ready to produce immediately
  • Are licensed in another state and willing to transfer or add Georgia
  • Are eligible for a Georgia temporary license (fast-track path)
  • Have ties to Georgia (family/address) to qualify for licensing
  • Are new to the industry and open to becoming licensed

Regardless of your starting point, the structure is built to meet you where you are and move you forward quickly.
Two Clear Paths Inside the Role
Entry-Level (No License - Foundation Track)
If you're new, this is a guided, structured ramp-up:
  • Step-by-step onboarding and licensing support (including Georgia temporary license options)
  • Daily coaching on communication, client interaction, and presentation flow
  • Live training, scripting, and mentorship from leadership
  • Focus on skill development, confidence building, and consistency

You're not expected to "figure it out" - you're trained into production
Licensed Agents (Fast-Track Production Track)
If you're already licensed, this is about efficiency and scale:
  • No-cost, warm leads - all clients have requested benefits
  • Plug directly into a proven system (presentation, underwriting, follow-up)
  • Eliminate time spent prospecting, buying leads, or chasing unqualified contacts
  • Ongoing support to increase close rate, retention, and long-term income

This is built for agents who want to produce more with less friction
Why Agents Choose This Model
• No Cold Calling All clients come through direct requests from union and association members
• Warm Leads at No Cost No buying leads, no marketing spend, no guessing
• Proven System Structured presentation, onboarding, and support - not trial and error
• Income Potential Performance-based compensation with bonuses and residual income
• Career Growth Clear path into leadership, mentorship, and agency building
• Remote Flexibility Work from home with a schedule built around production
What You'll Do
  • Connect with members who have requested information
  • Educate families on life and supplemental benefit options
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process
  • Maintain compliance and provide ongoing client support

What We're Looking For
  • Coachable and open to a structured system
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to work remotely
  • Willing to obtain or transfer a life insurance license State
  • Availability Primary focus: Georgia
  • Also accepting licensed or transferable candidates in: Alabama, DC, Florida, North Carolina, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia
    • (Additional states may be considered based on licensing pathway)

About the Organization

  • 70+ years of industry presence
  • Millions of policyholders protected
  • Exclusive access to union-based membership requests
  • Long-term focus on service, retention, and career growth
