The Fixed Income Division is comprised of Interest Rate and Currency Products, Credit Products and Distribution. Professionals in the Division assess and actively manages risk, trade securities, and structure as well as execute innovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing global markets. The Commodities Division is a market leader in energy, metals, and agricultural product trading worldwide whose professionals trade in both physical and derivative commodity risk.

Brief Role Description: The Foreign Exchange E-Distribution sales desk with in the Fixed Income Division actively markets the Morgan Stanley suite of electronic FX products to institutional and corporate clients. We are looking for a dynamic Analyst or Associate to sell Morgan Stanley's EFX offering to our client base. The E-Distribution sales professional will be responsible for outbound electronic FX sales, relationship management, and client wallet optimization.

This person will focus on sales to institutional clients (hedge funds, asset managers, corporates) as well as the sales of any new product roll-out. Additionally, this individual will collaborate with various internal sales, trading, strat and support teams to actively manage ongoing client relationships. Goals are to increase wallet share, bring new relationships to Morgan Stanley, and improve profitability.

Qualifications for this role include, but are not limited to: Bachelor's degree Demonstrated success in a sales capacity Previous experience selling or relationship managing to institutional clients is a plus Full comprehension of the FX market Competent and comfortable calling and pitching clients Target-driven with a proven sales/prospecting process Clear grasp on EFX market technology and landscape Client-focused sales and account management style Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients - helping them reach their goals. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $125,000 per year at the commencement of employment for Analyst, and between $150,000 and $200,000 at the commencement of employment for Associate

However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
