Familiarity with tools like Git, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is commonly expected. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a willingness to learn new technologies set top performers apart. These abilities are crucial for building scalable applications, collaborating with diverse teams, and adapting to rapidly evolving technical requirements.
