TITLE: Software Developer I
POSITION OBJECTIVE: We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join our Management Improvement team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about building modern, cloud-based applications and enjoys collaborating within a team to solve business challenges. You'll design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging modern technologies to deliver impactful solutions for our clients and internal users.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 2 to 4+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MS SQL, Angular, TypeScript
  • Familiarity with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and DevOps practices (CI/CD, pipelines, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of Git for source control and collaborative development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver projects end-to-end, from brainstorming to shipping products in a self-driven way
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment
  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
