Pay: $23.00 - $31.00/hr. DOQ ($47,000-$65,000/annually)

Schedule: Mon. - Fri. 8:00a - 5:00p, with an hour lunch. Occasional overtime and some Saturdays.

Position Summary:
Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring our customers receive a world class experience. Utilize the SERVANT LEADERSHIP approach to develop, direct, and implement the sales and production process. Provide world class customer care as a Sales Coordinator using a SERVANT ORIENTED approach to customers.
The Sales Coordinator is Responsible for undertaking a variety of day-to-day clerical tasks primarily including (but not limited to) ensuring the Sales Department Team Members receive the clerical support necessary to help achieve a great Customer Experience. Sales Coordinators serve as a valuable resource to Customer Success Managers, Sales Mangers, and our Retail partners. Sales Coordinators continually assist in solving problems, organizing, and communicating inside and outside of their respective departments.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain complete understanding of product offerings, pricing structure, and internal systems
  • Facilitate the order entry process and provide accurate and timely information flow between the home building facility and our retailers
  • Provide necessary administrative support to the Business Development Manager and Customer Success Managers.
  • Actively participate in Sales Department initiatives to improve our "products" and "services".
  • Maintain data tracking, spreadsheet, develop marketing support and product specification.
  • Perform additional functions at the request of the Brand Experience Manager, or CSM related to generating sales and providing the best possible support to our customers
  • Answer sales department phone line and transfer calls
  • Various administrative tasks:
    • Create Homeowner Packets
    • Enter daily production (yarded and labeled)
    • Create data plates for homes
    • Inventory and order Energy Star / Eco Rated medallions
    • Enter Eco Rated / Energy Star certificates into the NEEM tracking system
    • Pay freight bills
    • Invoice and ship completed homes in the computer system
    • Mail out home invoices to appropriate retailer / lender
    • Enter appliance sheet data into computer
    • Order and inventory HUD tags
    • Assign HUD tag numbers to homes
    • Verify and submit HUD 302 report
    • Distribute final tickets for production department
    • Attain flooring approval for homes from appropriate lender
    • Maintain storage yard inventory
    • Process and route production change orders
    • Maintain retailer database information

CORE COMPETENCIES AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience with emphasis on direct relationship-building.
  • Excellent customer service skills and able to handle difficult situations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with multiple software platforms (high software learning aptitude)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three years of experience in Sales or Home Building facility.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication. Must be able to communicate effectively and constructively with all levels in the organization.
