Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a fast-paced platform engineering team. This individual will play a key role in developing scalable web applications, supporting real-time customer interaction platforms, and helping drive technical excellence across the team. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, technically robust, and capable of mentoring others in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain modern web and mobile applications, primarily using JavaScript and Java
  • Build and integrate APIs and event-driven services using cloud-native technologies
  • Work with AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda) to process and manage application data flows
  • Support and integrate with customer interaction platforms such as Genesys
  • Implement and maintain observability and monitoring solutions (e.g., Honeycomb, Splunk)
  • Ensure application security best practices, including API security and gateway management (e.g., Kong)
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and respond to shifting business priorities
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, promoting best practices and technical growth across the team
Required Qualifications
  • Robust experience in JavaScript and Java development
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly S3, Lambda, and API-driven architectures
  • Familiarity with real-time communication technologies (e.g., WebSockets)
