Job Summary:
MadMen AI is a seed-stage AdTech startup aiming to make AI-powered advertising accessible to every marketer. As the founding full-stack engineer, you will build AI-forward user interfaces, fine-tune LLMs, and architect robust backend infrastructure to support the company's vision.
Responsibilities:
• build delightful AI-forward user-interfaces
• fine-tune LLMs
• leverage Computer Vision libraries
• architect robust backend-infrastructure
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience building delightful front-end user experiences using React or Next.js
• Experience with building robust backend-systems including: APIs in Node.js/Express, Database schemas with Prisma/RDS, Other backend-services liked Lambdas and Cron-jobs leveraging AWS-infra
Preferred:
• AdTech or AI Expertise: Past experience in AdTech and/or ML (especially Computer Vision) will help shorten the learning curve.
• Entrepreneurial experience or aspirations: Former founders or those with a strong interest in founding a company will find this role particularly aligned with their aspirations.
