Job Description

Lead Software Developer with experience building both web based and client based .NET applications using the best practices of SOA architectures and using VB .NET 2.0. 

Qualifications

Responsibilities:


Interprets software requirements specifications, programming, implementing, and maintaining code according to ASP.NET standards, performing Unit testing. 

Develops appropriate documentation, participating in code reviews and interfacing with an off-shore development team giving technical guidance and direction. 


Requirements/ Experienced:


2 years experience with .NET development environment including C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET., IIS. 

Web Development experience and knowledge of DHTML, JavaScript and DOM Level 2. 

Working with a decentralized team, e.g. shared development with an off-shore team. 

Integration of Microsoft with other technologies, e.g. J2EE. Experience with JavaScript using the Document Object Model for dynamic manipulation of client side HTML elements. 

Agile development, Team Foundation Server, including entering User Stories, Bugs, Enhancements, Burndown, and working with offshore resources. 

PeopleSoft deep experience with the full Microsoft BI stack, including: SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint. 

Consuming Web Services (SOAP). XHTML, DHTML, DOM Level 2.HTML, Stylesheet, Client and Server end scripting, 

Visual Source Safe, Microsoft Report Analysis Service, XBRL. 


Education:


Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or 5 yrs IT experience.
