We need your talent!Waters Corporation is currently seeking a Support Programmer to join our Clinical LIMS team based in Golden, Colorado.

You will workin a fast-paced, agile environmentand engage in technical discussions, participate in technical designs, demonstrate problem-solving abilities, and present and share ideas through global collaboration.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

As part of our agile and collaborative team, you will:

  • Provide technical support to customers, logging issues and ensuring timely resolution
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions
  • Collaborate with engineers, product specialists, and global teams to deliver new features
  • Participate in technical design discussions and contribute innovative ideas
  • Support end-to-end feature development, from concept through deployment
  • Help maintain the performance, stability, and integrity of our Clinical LIMS platform
  • Escalate and coordinate customer issues with the appropriate teams as needed
  • Ensure software quality through rigorous testing and code reviews
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ years of experience building and supporting complex, large-scale applications
  • Experience working in a customer-facing or support-focused role
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in clinical laboratory environments (e.g., newborn screening, microbiology)
  • Familiarity with Intersystems Ensemble\IRIS
  • Hands-on experience with modern web technologies (Angular, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Intersystems/cache, SQL)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
