Job description

TEKsystems is hiring for an Entry-Level Bank Teller with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Groton, CT!

No prior banking experience required. We are seeking candidates with strong customer service and cash handling experience who are looking to start a career in banking and financial services.

Pay: $21.82/HR

Schedule Availability:

• Must be available Monday-Friday between 8:30 AM – 5:45PM and on Saturday's between 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM

• Full-time hours (40 hours per week)

What You'll Do:

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and account transactions

• Provide exceptional customer service in a branch environment

• Handle cash accurately and balance transactions

• Educate members on available financial products and services

• Support account maintenance and general banking operations

• Assist with credit card, loan, and account applications

• Build relationships with members and identify solutions to meet their financial needs

• Cash handling experience

• Retail, hospitality, banking, restaurant, receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
