As a Software Engineer (Full-Stack)  you will work within a collaborative environment to design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across both frontend and backend systems, contributing to next-generation health services platforms. You will build responsive user interfaces, develop robust APIs and microservices, and leverage cloud-native technologies across Azure and GCP using Docker and Kubernetes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to integrate emerging AI/ML capabilities-including Generative AI, intelligent automation, and data-driven features such as chatbots and semantic search-into real-world applications. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, a focus on writing clean, efficient, and high-quality code, and a commitment to following best practices in CI/CD, performance optimization, and reliability. Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across frontend and backend components
  • Build responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React or Angular
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET
  • Integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications, including Generative AI (LLMs), NLP, and intelligent automation
  • Develop AI-driven features such as chatbots, document summarization, and semantic search solutions
  • Implement prompt engineering techniques, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data engineering teams
  • Ensure code quality, performance, reliability, and adoption of CI/CD and best engineering practices

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3 years of professional software engineering experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • 3 years of experience working with front-end technologies, specifically ReactJS
  • 2 years of experience in microservices development using Java 1.8 (or higher) and Python
  • 2 years of experience working with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
  • 2 years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) / Azure and CI/CD tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with GraphQL for API development and querying
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
  • Experience or strong knowledge in designing, deploying, and monitoring machine learning and AI models in a production environment
  • Passion for learning and a willingness to advance knowledge in AI/ML technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to drive software engineering tasks
  • Proven analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
