About the Role
In this role, you will design, build, and support modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using ForgeRock and related technologies. You will work across enterprise environments to deliver secure, scalable, and cloud-native applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation and application modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain IAM solutions and enterprise applications
  • Support authentication and authorization frameworks, including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SSO
  • Develop and enhance applications using Java and full stack technologies
  • Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, and production support across distributed systems
  • Collaborate with Agile teams, business stakeholders, and technical leaders to deliver scalable software solutions
  • Integrate applications with ForgeRock and other IAM platforms
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and enhancements
  • Maintain and manage source code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and system validation activities
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and system optimization initiatives
  • Document technical solutions and maintain system and operational documentation
  • Provide on-call support and assist with incident resolution and system stability

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of experience in software development or enterprise application engineering
  • Strong expertise in Java and Java-based development frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with ForgeRock IAM or similar IAM platforms
  • Experience with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Groovy, Python, Bash, or YAML
  • Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, SQL, and web services/APIs
