🛠 What You'll Be Doing

• 🎨 Design and build intuitive, responsive interfaces that simplify complex AI and agentbased workflows

• 📊 Create realtime visualisations that clearly communicate system status and decisionmaking

• 🤝 Enable seamless humanAI collaboration through thoughtful interaction design

• 🧩 Develop reusable UI components that scale across future Labs initiatives

• 🔗 Extend into backend services and cloud APIs when needed to deliver endtoend solutions

• 🧪 Prototype with emerging frameworks and AIassisted development tools

Your work will directly shape how partners and internal teams interact with autonomous systems, turning advanced technology into accessible, trusted tools. You'll help establish frontend standards for Pax8 Labs while influencing how future products are conceived and delivered.

What You Bring

• Substantial experience building modern frontend applications with frameworks such as React, SolidJS, Vue, or similar

• Proven ability with TypeScript, modern CSS, and responsive design

• Demonstrated skill creating highperformance, interactive interfaces using SVG, Canvas, or WebGL

• Strong understanding of realtime data handling, dynamic state management, and streaming updates

• Working knowledge of backend fundamentals, including Go or Python services and cloudbased APIs

• Comfort operating in ambiguity, rapidly prototyping, and iterating toward scalable solutions

• A collaborative mindset and passion for design craft, accessibility, and performance

🛡 Background Checks

Compensation:

• Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $160,000 to $180K,000 or more depending on experience.
