We're looking for a talented Web Developer who's excited to bring ideas to life across our Wall, Pallas, OEI, and KI.com websites. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our creative team to build, enhance, and evolve standout digital experiences. Strong front-end development skills are essential, along with proven experience in website management and design-particularly using React and Angular. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple brands and platforms, collaborate with both creative and technical teams, and contribute to digital solutions that support our business today and into the future. This role offers a balance of ongoing support and new development-keeping the work engaging, impactful, and varied.
As part of KI's IT team, you'll also help maintain, enhance, and support internally developed websites and systems, as well as third-party software applications. You'll work closely with Business Analysts, users, vendors, and other developers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that meet operational and business needs.
What You'll Be Working On:
  • Designing, developing, and supporting both customer-facing websites and internal web-based systems
  • Collaborating with creative partners to translate ideas into engaging, responsive digital experiences
  • Building and enhancing front-end functionality using modern frameworks and best practices
  • Supporting third-party software and partnering with vendors to resolve system issues
  • Writing, testing (unit, system, performance), debugging, documenting, and deploying enhancements
  • Partnering with Business Analysts, users, and developers to deliver requested changes and new solutions
  • Estimating development effort and contributing to solution planning
  • Identifying opportunities to improve system performance, usability, and reliability

Experience & Technical Strengths:
  • Experience building and supporting modern websites and web-based applications
  • Strong front-end skills with JavaScript, React, and Angular
  • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap
  • Working knowledge of .NET / C#, MVC, and Entity Framework
  • Experience with MS SQL Server and basic database concepts
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Optimizely or similar
