Pay & Benefits

  • Performance-based advancement opportunities
  • W2 Position- Weekly Pay Check
  • Compensation: $15.92–$30.00 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn commissions. Employees are guaranteed at least their hourly wages (including applicable overtime). When commission earnings exceed hourly wages for the applicable pay period, employees are paid the higher commission amount.
  • Top Performers earn between $800-$2000 weekly
  • Benefits: This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored health insurance, retirement, or paid leave benefits. Any available employee perks or discounts will be discussed during the hiring process.
