About the job CDL A Driver Paid training for Entry Level
We are seeking professional CDL-A drivers to join our regional dry van team operating out of Columbus, OH. This position runs lanes exclusively in KY, OH, MI, and IN, offering consistent miles and dependable home time. We also welcome recent CDL-A graduates who are eager to begin their trucking career.
Key Details:

  • Route: Regional (KY, OH, MI, IN).
  • Home Time: Out on Monday, home Saturday. Drivers are home every weekend for a reset.
  • Freight: 100% no-touch, primarily drop-and-hook.
  • Pay: $0.56-$0.65 CPM based on experience.
    • Weekly Average Earnings: $1,300-$1,500.
    • Short Haul Bonus: $50 per trip.
    • Miles Per Week: 1,900-2,100.
  • Schedule: Optional holiday/weekend work available.
  • Additional Incentives: Performance bonus program up to $0.08cpm
  • Paid orientation $300 (travel and hotel included).

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Age: 21 years old.
  • Experience:
    • At least 6 months of recent CDL-A experience OR
    • Recent graduate from an accredited truck driving school.
  • Driving Record:
    • Clean record with no major accidents, tickets, or safety-related terminations in the past 5 years.
    • No DOT preventable accidents in the past 5 years.
    • No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in the past 10 years.
  • Drug Testing: Must pass urine and hair pre-employment screenings.
Compensation:
  • Annual Salary: $62,000-$78,000.
