Job description

LaSalle Network is partnering with one of our largest CPG clients to hire a Demand Planning Analyst! This opportunity is ideal for an analytical professional with strong technical skills who can transform complex supply chain data into actionable insights. This role can sit in either Chicago, IL or New York, NY!
What You'll Do:
  • Analyze demand, inventory and forecasting data to identify trends and support business decisions
  • Use SQL, Python and Power Query daily to extract, clean and manipulate data
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI
  • Create advanced Excel reports and improve reporting processes
  • Work with data from SAP IBP, SAP APO, SAP ECC or a comparable ERP system
  • Partner with supply chain and demand planning teams to resolve data issues and improve visibility

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Demand Planning, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
  • Experience within supply chain, demand planning, inventory planning or sales forecasting
  • Required hands-on experience with:
    • SQL
    • Python
    • Power Query
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel
    • Power BI or Tableau, with Power BI preferred
    • SAP IBP, SAP APO, SAP ECC or a comparable ERP system
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and data visualization skills
  • Patient and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
