Recruit early careers intern and entry level recruitment including coordinating campus events, candidate selection, interview coordination, extending offers verbal and written, and utilizing technology i.e. ATS Success Factors and Handshake.

2+ years experience in high volume early careers intern or university recruiting.
ย 
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Hybrid scheduled (3 days a week in office Tuesday through Thursday with flexibility)

The Recruiter II will utilize a consultative and strategic approach to support our full cycle recruiting including sourcing, assessment, and selection in order to recruit top talent in a cost effective manner and add value to our business.ย 
You will execute recruiting processes while providing an excellent candidate experience driving our brand as an employer of choice.ย 
Help develop and execute recruiting strategies, utilizing labor market consultation, competitive intelligence and selling our brand.ย 
Provide full cycle recruiting services including recruitment strategy session, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management and status communication with candidates and hiring managers.ย
