A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING . . .
  • Provides excellent customer service at the Meat & Seafood counters
  • Cuts, slices, fillets and further processes Seafood products
  • Prepares, packages, prices and labels Seafood department products for retail sale
  • Handles freight, stocks product and maintains proper signage on all products
  • Supports and follows sustainability programs
  • Manages, maintains, receives product and tracks shrink & inventory
  • Packages and ships seafood products
  • Produces Value Added and sets pars and production lists
  • Sets full-service and self-service cases to T&C standards and programs
  • Ensures the dissemination & adherence to all company policies
  • Maintains adherence to all security & safety policies
  • Adheres to proper waste management and recycling procedures
  • Stays current with industry trends, standards and changes
  • Stays current with all training including online training and professional development opportunities
  • Maintains department cleanliness
  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Prepares department product for sale
  • Operates within the Company's Core Values and Company Brand
