We specialize in water damage restoration, fire damage repair, mold remediation, and emergency restoration services. Certified Restoration Mission is San Diego's leading disaster restoration company with 30+ years of experience serving residential and commercial clients across the region. We are IICRC Certified and specialize in water damage restoration, fire damage repair, mold remediation, and 24/7 emergency services.
We're hiring driven, physically capable individuals who want to build a real career in the restoration trades — no prior experience needed. If you're looking for entry-level construction jobs in San Diego with room to grow, this is it.
What We Do
As a Water Damage Restoration Technician / Restoration Laborer, you'll be on the front lines of disaster recovery — helping families and businesses get back on their feet. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
    • Water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification
    • Demolition of water-damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation)
    • Mold remediation and moisture control procedures
    • Content cleaning, pack-out services, and debris removal
    • Operating restoration equipment: air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters
    • Vehicle and equipment maintenance
    • Job site cleanup and warehouse organization
    • Inventory management and supply loading
    • Upholding OSHA safety standards at all times
    • Delivering empathetic, professional customer service during crisis situations

What We're Looking For:

Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs (fitness assessment required)
  • FBI background check clearance
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Flexibility for overtime and on-call scheduling
