As a Software Engineer IIon the project, you will:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements through client engagement and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions
  • Facilitate JAD sessions to elicit and clarify requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate client needs into actionable specifications for technical and business teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
  • Develop and execute functional test cases to validate solution delivery
  • Support defect resolution by working closely with clients and technical teams
  • Interpret complex data to inform business decisions and process improvements
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
