Loan Officer (Entry-Level)

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Loan Officer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career or looking to grow in the financial services industry. If you enjoy helping people, learning new skills, and working in a supportive team environment, we’d love to hear from you.

No prior lending experience is required—we provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist customers with loan applications and guide them through the process from start to finish

  • Review basic customer information and help determine loan options

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone

  • Support loan disbursement, payments, and basic collections activities

  • Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines

  • Work closely with your team to meet branch and company goals

  • Learn about lending products, procedures, and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
