The Foster Klima agency is in MN, ND, and SD. We can only hire individuals who reside in MN, ND, West Wisconsin, North Iowa, and SD. As a full-time Entry-Level Sales Advisor for Foster Klima, there are no Sales Territories. Our Advisors can do business with any client who resides in the USA.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Support clientsโ€™ progress toward their financial goals through strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations
  • Consider clientsโ€™ life stage, professional circumstances, and changing financial needs when developing tailored financial plans to suit their needs
  • Work directly with clients to compile financial profiles that allow you to provide sound financial advice based on each personโ€™s individual financial status, income, financial goals, and other factors contributing to wealth management
  • Embrace the role of a structured yet coachable team player open to continued education and training from other team members
  • Seek, identify, and secure strong relationships with new clients by serving as their trusted financial advisor

What Youโ€™ll Do

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in finance, business administration, or alternate related analytical field is required
