Summary of Role:

The Finance & Operations Analyst will support financial analysis, reporting, planning, and business operations across a variety of teams and projects. This entry-level role will collaborate with cross-functional partners to analyze information, improve processes, track performance, and provide insights that support sound business decisions.

  • Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and operational analysis activities based on the needs of the assigned team.

  • Analyze financial and operational data, key performance indicators, trends, and variances; summarize findings and provide clear, actionable insights.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support business processes, project execution, resource planning, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Prepare andmaintainreports, presentations, models, reconciliations, documentation, and other analyses while ensuring accuracy, consistency, andtimelycompletion.

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Securityrequirementsand programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education-Graduating withBachelor's degreeinFinance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Managementsor related fieldfroman accredited degree program.

  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.

  • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
