What We're Looking For:
  • Manufacturing experience (preference for pet food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods)
  • A proven track record of good attendance and consistent performance delivering consistent safety and quality
  • Capability to work well in a team environment and be willing to help solve problems and implement solutions with diverse employees
  • Must be willing to be on shift (12-hour 2-2-3 shift rotation, fixed days or nights)
  • Safely operate powered industrial equipment and follow all company Safety Rules & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
  • Able to operate, perform basic physical activities: climbing, standing, bending, twisting, and moving around stairs, ladders, platforms, and various equipment
  • Capability to work well in a team environment and be willing to help solve problems and implement solutions
  • Must be able to effectively read, comprehend, interpret, record, and apply information from documents
  • Mechanical interest and operational skills
  • Able to learn new systems, record operational data and communicate results
  • Track quality and waste metrics
    • Emphasis on sanitation/cleaning
    • Able to lift objects up to 50 pounds frequently
    • Willingness to flow to the work to meet the needs of the business

Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
