Procurement Financial Analyst (Entry-Level or Associate)

Company:

The Boeing Company

Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) is currently seeking Entry-Level or Associate Procurement Financial Analysts (PFAs) to join the team in Everett, Washington.

As a part of the Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA) team, PFAs support:

  • The development of the negotiation positions for the procurement of goods and services by conducting cost/price analysis of supplier proposals

  • Multiple commercial programs and platforms

  • The development of the Request for Quote/Request for Proposal (RFQ/RFP)

  • Financial, operational, proposal and procedural audits of supplier data and systems

Position Responsibilities:

  • Uses quantitative and statistical methods to correlate, compile and analyze supplier cost and non-cost data

  • Assists with cost/price analyses

  • Assists in gathering data for use in pricing negotiations

  • Utilizes existing parametric or pricing models and quantitative analysis to support supplier contracting activities

  • Assists the analyses for discrete estimates and development of Priced Bill of Material

  • Aides in risk and opportunity analysis

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field

  • Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • University coursework or experience in a business or technical related function including but not limited to Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Contracts, Estimating and Pricing, Business Operations or Procurement Financial Analysis
