Our client in Southwick, Massachusetts is seeking an Entry Level Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career accounting professional looking to build hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Prepare and enter journal entries
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assist with invoice processing, expense reports, and account analysis
  • Help ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed
