Looking for a remote, entry-level or licensed financial advising role? This is your chance to join a growing Retirement Plan Advisory Team (RPAT) and help customers plan for their financial future. Fully licensed, partially licensed, and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply


What You’ll Do:
·  Guide customers through 401(k), IRA, and retirement transitions by phone
·  Provide plan education and build strong customer relationships
·  Deliver a high-quality, consultative customer experience

Who Succeeds in This Role:

·  Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

·  Interested in building a long-term career in financial advising

Candidate Requirements:
·  Fully Licensed: Active FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (Series 63 + 65 accepted)
·  Partially Licensed or Early Career Candidates: Recent graduates in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related fields with a minimum 3.8 GPA, leadership experience, internships, or extracurriculars
·  Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace

Licensing Support:
·  Paid study time and materials provided
·  Structured exam scheduling and guidance
·  Second exam attempts allowed if eligible; third attempts not permitted

Training: 4-6 weeks. 


Training schedule is 7:30a – 4:40 pm MT


Pay will be determined by experience and what state the applicant lives in.

Post training, your production schedule will change to 10:30-7:00 local time (9:30-6:00 PST residents)
