Entry to Mid Level Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.
  • Assist with minor mechanical and electrical repairs under supervision.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues, ensuring safety and reliability.
  • Test and evaluate vehicle functionality, documenting findings to maintain service records.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and keep up-to-date with automotive technologies.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians and service advisors to deliver outstanding guest service.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 hourly rate
Flat rate pay structure with an earning potential of $50,000+ dependent on experience and productivity.
Pay starts hourly but will switch to flat rate after training is completed.

Qualifications

  • Education: Technical training 
  • Certifications: ASE certification or equivalent required; manufacturer-specific certifications strongly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience as an automotive technician.
  • Skills:
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Requirements:
    • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
