Fleet Response is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Content Creation Coordinator Intern to join our team. This part-time internship offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with required in-office time at our corporate office in Hudson, Ohio, for filming and company events. Editing and other project work may be completed remotely.


Job Summary

The Marketing Content Creation Coordinator Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting Fleet Response's marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on video content creation. This internship is designed for creative, self-driven college students interested in digital media, video production, marketing, and storytelling.

The intern will contribute to real-world marketing projects by filming, editing, and producing engaging video content that supports brand awareness, recruitment, employee engagement, and internal culture initiatives. This role provides the opportunity to develop a professional portfolio while collaborating with the Marketing team and gaining experience in a corporate environment.

Fleet Response is seeking college students entering their junior or senior year to participate in the Fleet Response Internship Program. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Film video content on-site at Fleet Response's corporate office on a regular basis.
  • Edit and deliver a minimum of two completed videos per week.
  • Produce content in formats such as Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, interviews, workplace features, and other short-form or long-form videos.
  • Develop creative concepts, scripts, shot lists, and storyboards for video content.
  • Capture workplace activities, employee interviews, company events, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Organize and manage video files, footage, and project materials.
  • Complete video editing and content delivery in accordance with weekly deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure content aligns with Fleet Response's branding, messaging, and marketing goals.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions provided by the Marketing team.
  • Work independently while maintaining regular communication regarding project status and deadlines.
  • Attend meetings, filming sessions, company events, and other scheduled activities as needed.
  • Support additional marketing content and creative projects based on business needs.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Ability to use computers, cameras, smartphones, and mobile devices for filming, editing, and content creation.
  • Ability to report to Fleet Response's corporate office in Hudson, Ohio, for filming, meetings, and company events as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience creating short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar social media channels.
  • Experience filming interviews, workplace content, events, or promotional videos.
  • Familiarity with photography, lighting, audio recording, graphic design, or social media content creation.
  • A portfolio or examples of previous video, digital media, or creative work.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time internship with a flexible schedule based on student availability and business needs.

  • Approximately 10–25 hours per week.
