This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, learning a skilled trade, and delivering high-quality work directly in customers' homes. You'll assist with window and door installations, perform service and finishing work, and play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience.

Renewal by Andersen is hiring an Entry Level Field Technician to support window and door installations and service work in customers' homes. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys field work, learning a skilled trade, and delivering quality results.
What You'll Do
  • Assist with window and door installation and service
  • Perform staining, sealing, and refinishing of wood windows
  • Help with adjustments, minor repairs, and inspections
  • Prep materials, tools, and paperwork before jobs
  • Keep service vehicle stocked and organized
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Follow safety standards and jobsite procedures
