ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I was a Division I soccer coach. While I loved coaching and developing people, I was drawn to agency ownership because it gave me the opportunity to put down roots in a community, build lasting relationships, and help people protect what matters most.
I attended the University of South Carolina and am the proud parent of two children who keep me busy with their sports and activities. My coaching background continues to influence how I lead today, with a strong focus on teamwork, accountability, development, and celebrating success together.
Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, travel bonus opportunities, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe that hard work should be rewarded and that team members should have the opportunity to enjoy life both inside and outside the office.
Our culture is relaxed, supportive, and team-oriented. We work hard, have fun, and genuinely enjoy celebrating each other's successes. I'm looking for someone who is self-motivated, positive, energetic, and enjoys working with others. The ideal candidate is a team player who can celebrate winsโ€”both their own and their teammates'โ€”while bringing a great attitude and strong work ethic every day. If you're looking for a positive environment where you can grow and make an impact, we'd love to meet you.
