Job description

Territory Sales Representative - Entry Level / Full Time
GRAND RAPIDS MI
Break Into Pharmaceutical Sales with Pivya® at ImpactBio supporting Alembic Therapeutics
Looking to launch a career in pharmaceutical sales? This is your opportunity.
Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with ImpactBio, is launching Pivya®, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). With over 40 years of success in Sweden, Pivya® is now entering the U.S. market-and we're building a high-performance sales team to support this launch.
As a Territory Sales Representative, you don't need prior pharmaceutical sales experience-we're looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and build a long-term career in the industry. You'll receive the training, tools, and mentorship needed to succeed while gaining real-world experience calling on healthcare providers.
This full-time role is with ImpactBio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, with the potential to transition to Alembic Therapeutics based on strong performance.

Why This Role Matters
This is more than a sales job-it's a career entry point into pharmaceutical sales. You'll be part of a national product launch, gaining experience in a highly competitive industry while developing the skills and discipline needed to grow your career.
We're looking for individuals who are:
  • Hungry to succeed
  • Open to coaching and feedback
  • Willing to follow a structured plan
  • Ready to put in the work to build something meaningful

If that sounds like you, we'll teach you the rest.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, retail, service, or related)
• A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
• Proven work ethic and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Coachability-someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
• High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Pharmaceutical experience is not required-drive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.
What We Offer
• Competitive base salary with a generous performance-based incentive plan
• Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision coverage
• Car allowance & mileage reimbursement
• 401K plan with company match
• Paid time off and holidays
• Structured training program designed to help you break into and succeed in pharmaceutical sales
• Ongoing mentorship and field coaching
• A clear path for career growth and advancement
• The chance to be part of a major U.S. product launch
