A Tru Legacy Inc. is actively hiring experienced FedEx Ground and FedEx Express Delivery Drivers to support our expanding operations throughout the Baltimore area.
If you’ve previously delivered for FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, or another FedEx contractor, we want to hear from you.
We’re looking for dependable, safety-focused professionals who take pride in providing exceptional customer service while operating efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
 What You’ll Do
  • Safely operate a FedEx step van
  • Deliver and pick up packages on assigned routes
  • Complete time-sensitive Express deliveries
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections
  • Use FedEx scanners and handheld devices
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Follow all FedEx safety and operational procedures
  • Maintain accurate delivery records
Preferred Qualifications
We’re especially interested in candidates with experience in:
  • FedEx Ground
  • FedEx Express
  • FedEx contractor operations
  • Experience operating step vans is highly preferred.
Candidates with experience delivering for UPS, Amazon DSP, DHL, USPS, or similar delivery operations are also encouraged to apply.
 
Requirements
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass:
    • DOT Physical
    • Drug Screen 
    • Background Check
  • Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Excellent customer service skills
