Job description

We are excited to add a second shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) Warehouse Associate I to our Order Fulfillment team at our Green Bay headquarters. This is an entry-level opportunity, and we are committed to setting you up for success with hands-on training and support from day one.
This role is great for someone who is looking for a company to learn & grow with (we promote from within!), likes to stay active, is able to work on their feet & lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis as needed. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and prioritizes accuracy and productivity and enjoys the work hard play hard atmosphere.
This is a full-time position with a set schedule of 2:00am - 10:00pm Monday-Friday with no weekends or holidays required.

Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Must be able to obtain coverage through company's auto insurance carrier according to company Driver Safety Policy.
  • Must be willing/able to obtain valid forklift certification issued by Packer Fastener
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn specific software to successfully fulfill order fulfillment expectations -NetSuite hardware/software.
  • Must make safety a priority.
  • Must be a highly detailed individual with a focus on accuracy.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a well-organized team player who can relate to employees at all levels of an organization.
  • Must be able to routinely handle and lift object(s) up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to participate in frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting
  • Must have basic math skills - addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
