ADay in the Life of a Assistant Manager
You're the boss! As the General Manageryou'll execute strategic long-term and short-term goals to grow the businessand profitability of your restaurant, oversee team development, ensure propertraining and manage day to day operations (sales, food, labor and cash) withcomplete P&L accountability. You're responsible for unwavering protectionof the safety of product above all other job priorities and opening and closingthe restaurant following specified safety procedures. You exemplify personal leadership,people leadership, business leadership and brand leadership. This means you aresomeone who leads by example, accepts responsibility for mistakes, behaves as acoach and mentor and is sensitive to team morale.
