We have an exciting new opportunity for Machine Operators with an industry-leading manufacturer of stainless steel and high-nickel alloy components.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who are mechanically inclined and looking to grow within a manufacturing environment.


Production Worker / Drawbench Operator – Entry Level

???? Markham Area
???? Day Shift
???? $19.00/hour

Position Summary

As a Production Worker / Drawbench Operator, you will:

  • Ensure proper set-up and changeovers of the draw bench for required tubing sizes
  • Inspect product quality to ensure it meets work order specifications
  • Perform basic maintenance, including lubrication and minor repairs on equipment
  • Complete production logs and required reports
  • Conduct regular monitoring and routine inspections
Skills & Knowledge
  • Responsible, reliable, and demonstrates a positive attitude
  • Good communication skills; able to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify equipment or production issues
  • Works well with coworkers and supervisors
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Working Environment
  • Manufacturing environment
  • Hot and noisy conditions
  • Required: Steel-toed safety shoes and full personal protective equipment (PPE)
