Job Summary
Design & Remodel Brothers is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk & Office Assistant to join our growing remodeling company.
This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to begin a career in customer service, business administration, or office management. We are looking for a positive, motivated individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Previous internship or office experience is a plus but not required.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll help create a welcoming experience while supporting our administrative team with daily office operations.
Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Welcome homeowners and visitors
  • Schedule appointments and consultations
  • Perform daily client intake
  • Organize and file physical and digital documents
  • Keep the showroom clean and presentable
  • Scan, print, and prepare documents
  • Assist with office supplies and inventory
