Our Transformation (1LMX) Plan to Perform Program Management Build Team is seeking highly motivated, and enthusiastic Business Analysts to maximize the value of Manufacturing Earned Value (MEV) functionality being delivered by a cross organizational team.

As an MEV Business Analyst, you will be a member of an agile development team supporting Plan to Perform Program Management functionality. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: Requirement Gathering/Continuous Improvement/System Implementation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions. Facilitate the gathering, analysis, and prioritization of business requirements, and document and model business processes.

Assist with preparation of time and cost estimates, ROI analysis, and creation of detailed use cases and process flows. Testing: Participate in testing activities, including input into test plans, writing test scripts and test cases, and managing test case execution. Facilitate and direct testing defect tracking and reporting.

Support: Provide support for system rollouts, issue resolution, and error resolution. Assist with training and support for SMEs and business areas. System Maintenance: Manage the configuration of the SAP PS module, analyze and troubleshoot functional issues, and communicate with stakeholders.

Understand up and downstream impacts of system changes. Other: Support organizational change management for new changes, assist project teams in defining project scope and deliverables, and monitor industry trends and technologies. We're seeking a highly skilled individual with exceptional planning and organizational abilities, complemented by outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Basic Qualifications Familiarity with Earned Value Techniques and solution implementations, specifically in the area of Manufacturing Earned value for either labor and/or material Experience with SAP application implementation and support Established program management skills (traditional and/or agile) with experience managing technical, cost and schedule performance Experience with SAP Implementations Experience with business analysis techniques, especially that leverages technology, with an understanding of software development methodologies Proven ability to work effectively across organizational and geographic boundaries Ability to effectively craft appropriate materials and present to Executive leadership Background or Domain experience in Program Management, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or related field Strong communication and facilitation skills US Citizenship required due to system access Desired Skills - Experience with production operations including MRP and related Bill of Material (BOMs) and production orders. - Knowledge with how Controlling integrates with Production Planning - Accounting and finance experience - Experience within the IT development domain - Experience with Agile processes and tools including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Jira and/or VersionOne - Experience designing and constructing business processes, especially with links to technology Pay Information GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
