Job description

A growing company, based in Monroe, WA, owns the bulk of the market share and manufactures bike racks for the transit industry across the USA is looking to add an Entry-Level Machine Operator to their Fabrication team. This organization has earned the Made in USA designation and is proud to have the ability to keep the manufacturing right here in Washington!

This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity offering valuable paths for professional growth and career development.

Entry-Level Machine Operator Job Duties:
  • Retrieve and prepare materials specified in the work order
  • Operate a variety of production equipment, including drill presses, CNC mills, and metal cutting machines
  • Perform quality inspection on metal components to ensure compliance
  • Grind and sand finished products
  • Accurately measure metal parts using a tape measure prior to cutting 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00pm-6:30am
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm  

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Entry-Level Machine Operator Requirements:
  • 3-6+ months experience in manufacturing/production environment 
  • Experience reading a measuring tape 
  • Previous hand/power tool experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently
