Job Overview

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking Equipment Technicians to support production equipment and facility operations in a manufacturing environment. Technicians are responsible for performing preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime. This role reports to the Shift Supervisor and requires strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting abilities, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain production equipment and facility systems.

  • Perform preventative, scheduled, and breakdown maintenance.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and equipment issues.

  • Monitor equipment performance and contamination counts.

  • Maintain parts, tools, and hardware inventory.

  • Assemble and disassemble tools and equipment according to technical instructions.

  • Rebuild parts for recycling and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Create preventative maintenance kits to reduce downtime.

  • Coordinate with production teams to remove scrapped or stranded wafers.

  • Document maintenance activities and equipment repairs.

  • Identify required tools, materials, and replacement parts.

  • Suggest process improvements and maintenance enhancements.

  • Maintain required certifications and training.

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Wear required PPE, including safety glasses and steel-toe footwear.

Qualifications
